LAS VEGAS (February 22, 2010) – Sansone Development announced today the finalization of a 33-month lease with Dr. Sameera Sbaih Advanced Medical, a general family practitioner.

The 1,888-square-foot office property is located at 2649 Wigwam Parkway, Ste. 100, within Wigwam Center. Yvonne Sansone of Sansone Development represented the lessor.
