| Sansone Development Announces Three New Offices at its Park Place Center |

LAS VEGAS (November 2, 2009) – Sansone Development announced today the finalization of a three new leases for a total of 3,772 square feet of space in one of the company's office center located on 9480 S. Eastern Ave., within Park Place. The new tenants include World Series of Poker Academy, Cooking Show Production, and Star Laser Tattoo Removal.
World Series of Poker Academy signed a 24-month lease on 1,056-square-feet office space at Park Place, a 214,097-square-foot retail and office center located at Eastern and Richmar. Felicia Johnson of Sansone Development represented the lessee.
The World Series of Poker Academy, formerly Camp Hellmuth, was launched in a partnership between Harrah's Operating Company, Inc. and Post Oak Productions in January 2007. The academy provides live poker training offered under the banner of the most prestigious set of poker tournaments in the world, the World Series of Poker.
Cooking Show Production signed a 24-month lease on 2,057-square-feet of office space at Park Place. Felicia Johnson of Sansone Development represented the lessee.
Star Laser Tattoo Removal signed a 12-month lease on 659-square-feet space at Park Place. Felicia Johnson of Sansone Development represented the lessee, Star Laser Tattoo Removal. Erik Sexton of Brownstone Commercial represented the lessor.
Based in Las Vegas, Star Laser Tattoo Removal gets rid of unwanted tattoos with a series of laser treatments. The laser procedure is performed by licensed, registered nurse and certified laser specialist Betty Wish, R.N., under the supervision of a medical director.
