| Local Development Leader Launches Commercial Property Management Division |

HENDERSON, Nev. (December 4, 2009) – Building on its commitment to customer service, Southern Nevada-based Sansone Development has announced the official launch of its new Property Management division, to aid commercial property owners with management of professional buildings, including Industrial, Retail, Mixed Use and Office/Medical space.
Sansone Development has developed and is currently managing approximately 750,000 square feet of commercial property. It’s that experience and knowledge that will allow the company to expand its offerings into property management for third parties.
The Property Management Division will be headed up by John Copitas and Devon Sansone.
"We recognize the importance of buildings’ longevity and the upkeep needed to maintain full occupancy and their first-class appeal in third-party property management," said Roland Sansone.
Through its Property Management division, Sansone will offer-
- Building operations and maintenance
- Property accounting and financial reporting
- Contract management and lease negotiations
