SANSONE ST. ROSE CORONADO OFFICE PARK:
Sansone Development’s latest future project, Sansone St. Rose Coronado Office Park is located at the corner of St. Rose Parkway and Coronado Center in Henderson. The $30 million retail/office complex is 80,400-square-feet.
Petersen Construction is the contractor and Yiliong Liu & Associates is the architect.
LOCATION:
The project enjoys immediate access to the I-215 Beltway, just minutes from McCarran International Airport and The Strip. Sansone St. Rose Coronado also features unimpeded Strip views, two stop light access and exposure to over 90,000 cars daily.
LEASING:
Pre-leasing with generous incentives has begun, with pricing starting at $1.85-per-square-foot. Turn-key build-outs are available. An undisclosed tenant has already signed a letter of interest for 25,000 square feet of space in the office building.
